Here is the final rendition of my door. It's a significant shift from my original concept that I pictured, featuring Japanese kanji along it, one window instead of two, and a new engraving on the doorknob. The kanji across the top reads "Heiwa no Tobira", meaning "Door of Peace" in Japanese. The kanji on the doorknob means "inochi". Translated, it is life, or life force.

I chose this shift in design with my door because as time passed, I envisioned my door differently, and I wished to add more depth behind the meaning of my door. It represents peace, tranquility, and solitude in life, all waiting behind that door.
